MUST HAVES:

• Experience in requirements gathering and data analysis.
• Self-starter with a strong understanding of the requirements analysis lifecycle, data analysis, and financial experience.
• Strong foundational expertise in RDBMS.
• Experience in data management, data lineage/metadata, data controls, and data control governance.
• Proficiency in data defect/issue/deficiency remediation and documenting data flows/process flows.
• Experience in work effort coordination/management and current process assessment and improvement.
• Ability to write business requirements as JIRA stories and work in an agile environment.
• Strong data profiling and data analytics skills.
• Proficient in SQL writing (joins, unions, sub-queries) and understanding pseudo SQL code to reverse engineer them into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Teradata, SQL/Teradata, business analysis, critical thinking, complex data analysis, data quality & validation, data aggregation, data governance, data integration, and data lineage.

• Identify gaps with business strategy and make recommendations for remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy.
• Organize and lead companywide change enhancement initiatives to ensure that data quality is maintained so that data can effectively support business processes.
• Oversee analysis and reporting in support of regulatory requirements. Working directly with Scrum Teams and running stand up meetings.
• Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality.
• Perform Data quality checks, not necessarily testing
• Lead project teams and mentor less experienced staff members.
