- This is a remote customer support role primarily focused on data entry and claims processing, with the potential for phone-based responsibilities as needed.
- Candidates will work under general supervision to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient customer support that aligns with company goals.

Respond to customer inquiries (routine to complex) via phone, email, or in person.

Provide support across various Lines of Business (LOB), including:

Prescription services

Plans and product inquiries

Online purchasing and e-commerce

Payment processing and collections
-
Eligibility verification
-
Order, shipping, and stock status
-
Document interactions accurately and process related forms and letters.

Conduct software QA testing.

Investigate and resolve complaints or issues, escalating when needed.

Educate customers on products and services.

Identify and communicate trends or widespread issues.

Stay up to date with product changes and customer service policies.

1–2 years of customer service experience (call center, insurance, retail, telecom, etc.)

Proficiency in multitasking with various software platforms

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Internet proficiency and basic browser settings knowledge

Familiarity with MS Office

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment

Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed

May require credit check (if working with payment processing as a third-party administrator)
