About the Role:
This position involves partnering with business and control teams to manage Credit Assistance projects across various bank products. The role requires oversight of initiative submissions, prioritization, change management, and ensuring agent readiness. The successful candidate will plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project completion. Additionally, the role involves supporting the bank's Risk Framework by identifying, escalating, and debating risks inherent in business activities.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and control teams on Credit Assistance projects.

Oversee initiative submissions, prioritization, and change management processes.

Ensure agent readiness for project implementations.

Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and methodologies.

Support the bank's Risk Framework by identifying and addressing risks in business activities.

Engage with technology, control, and business process initiatives.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management (3+ years).

Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint.
