Title: Purchase Order Specialist
Location: Cantonment, FL
Schedule: Hybrid (3x/week onsite)
Duration: 6-month contract (possible extension/conversion based on performance)
Pay rate: $20/hr -$30/hr
Job Description:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage daily processing and update purchase orders based on an assigned task list.
- Generate and review reports for statistical insights.
- Use SAP to locate vendor information and obtain additional details for requisitions as needed.
- Potentially issue purchase orders valued at up to $20,000.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience with SAP ECC, specifically in the MM module (SAP Ariba experience is a plus).
- A background in procurement.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP Ariba.
- Prior experience in procurement within a manufacturing setting.
