Title: Bilingual - Business Project Manager

Contract Duration: 6 months with high possibility of extensions (Multiple Projects to Allocate to)

Once a month in office Expectation  – Toronto, ON

Day to Day:

• The successful candidate will be working on a Bill 96 initiative for the organization.
• They will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all communications and documentation adhere to the French language requirements set by Bill 96.
• Business documentation will include, policies, contracts, quotes marketing material, website etc.
• Additionally, the candidate need to be proficient in developing detailed project plans, setting milestones, and managing timelines to ensure the project stays on track, as well as, understanding the specifics of Bill 96, including its implications for language requirements in business operations and documentation in Quebec.
• This knowledge is crucial for ensuring compliance and effectively managing the project's legal aspects 

Must Haves:

• 5+ year experience working as a Business Project Manager
• Managing a broader range of projects that can include marketing campaigns, product launches, and organizational changes. Their
• Focus is on achieving business objectives and improving overall business performance
• Previous project exposure with ACT Bill -96
• Successfully completed a Bill-96 project to ensure an organization met compliance standards
• Understanding the specifics of Bill 96, including its implications for language requirements in business operations and documentation in Quebec
• Fluence in French, both written and verbal
• Change Management Experience
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, including legal teams, regulatory bodies, and internal departments
• Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and resolve conflicts that may arise during the project

• Previous Commercial Insurance is preferred
