Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

Location: Austin, TX  78727 (Onsite)

Duration: 6-7 months (Possible Extension/Conversion Based on performance)

Pay Range: $21/hr. - $22/hr. (Without any Benefits)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and concise responses to phone inquiries.
  • Assist with problem resolution as needed.
  • Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs.
  • Transfer callers to other Call Center units as necessary.
  • Meet individual performance standards and maintain strict attendance and performance metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a high-volume Contact Center environment.
  • Proven bilingual capabilities in Spanish, including written, verbal, and oral comprehension.
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7 am and 7 pm, with no schedule changes allowed during the first 90 days.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assist with inquiries related to Medicaid Providers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to document interactions clearly and concisely.
  • Positive work history with a minimum of 1 year at previous positions.
