Job Title: Project Manager (Mid-Level)

Pay Range: $43- $47 na hr.

Purpose:

• Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing small to mid-scale projects to ensure successful delivery of objectives on time and within budget.
• This role requires the ability to initiate, lead, and motivate cross-functional teams, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment of project goals with business needs.
• The Project Manager provides comprehensive end-to-end oversight for implementation, integration, business readiness, and stakeholder communications.

Essential Fuctions:

• 40% — Plans and allocates project resources, prepares budgets, monitors progress, tracks schedules, and identifies and mitigates risks to ensure successful project execution.
• 20% — Delivers end-to-end project management support for medium-sized initiatives, including progress reporting, deliverables tracking, and documentation. Acts as a liaison across departments to ensure shared understanding of project goals, scope, and timelines.
• 20% — Evaluates the impact of current and proposed projects, programs, and processes. Applies critical thinking to recommend improvements and enhance outcomes.
• 20% — Provides leadership and direction in a matrixed team environment. Cultivates collaboration and drives results by managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Leads the execution phase of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• In lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of relevant work experience are required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project-related role.
  
  

Preferred Qualifcation:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
