Pay Range: $34/hr - $38/hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide triage, first aid, and referrals to external medical providers as needed.
• Maintain records of first aid care provided to employees.
• Educate employees on injury prevention and intervene when necessary to minimize injury risks.
• Lead daily stretching routines during "start-up" meetings.
• Understand each department's functions to communicate proper techniques for preventing soft tissue injuries.
• Evaluate injury trends and develop action plans to address them.
• Provide daily activity logs and monthly incident analyses to the safety and leadership teams, including recommendations for reducing injury risks.
• Recommend job placement accommodations for employees with medical restrictions.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of warehouse tasks and body mechanics to contribute to process improvements. - Spend time on the floor interacting with employees and managers, providing coaching on safe work habits.
• Attend and speak at daily "start-up" meetings.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Certification as an Athletic Trainer by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association or equivalent State Certification
• Valid CPR certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare
