We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in a Call Center environment.

This role involves providing unbiased assistance to Medicaid Providers, addressing inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related questions.

The position requires a local candidate who can work on-site in Austin, with the potential for remote work in the future based on performance and business needs.

Provide prompt, courteous, and concise responses to phone inquiries. - Assist with problem resolution as needed. - Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs.

Transfer callers to other Call Center units as necessary.

Meet individual performance standards and maintain strict attendance and performance metrics.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 6 months experience in a high-volume Contact Center environment.

Proven bilingual capabilities in Spanish, including written, verbal, and oral comprehension.

Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7 am and 7 pm, with no schedule changes allowed during the first 90 days.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assist with inquiries related to Medicaid Providers.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to document interactions clearly and concisely.

Positive work history with a minimum of 1 year at previous positions.
