About the Role:
The Wealth Management Operations team is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Banking & Personal Retirement Operations division. This role involves providing comprehensive operational support for advisory partners and their clients, specifically focusing on Private Bank Settlement Transactions. The position is responsible for standard transaction and fulfillment processing, ensuring the seamless movement of assets into and out of accounts.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Execute standard transaction processing and reconciliation in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
  • Address client inquiries through various channels to enhance operational efficiency and deliver quality client service.
  • Conduct basic research, follow-up, and resolve routine research requests.
  • Identify potential issues in daily operational tasks and escalate risk concerns when necessary.
  • Provide general operational support, including mail sorting and distribution.
  • Maintain a professional presence and respond to emails in a professional manner.
 
Education Qualification:
  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
 
Required Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Accountability to ensure all requests are completed thoroughly.
  • Analytical thinking to analyze situations and make quick decisions independently.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Proficiency in research and understanding systems for effective research.
  • Risk management skills to detect potential risks.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, Outlook, and Word.
