Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage commercial real estate construction loan servicing. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing draw processes, closing service modifications, and ensuring compliance with loan documentation and regulatory standards.
Seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage commercial real estate construction loan servicing. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing draw processes, closing service modifications, and ensuring compliance with loan documentation and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction draw reviews and service modifications
- Monitor loan budgets, fund balances, and documentation compliance
- Resolve construction/title issues and track exceptions
- Support tasks including insurance follow-up, payment processing, rate locks, and payoff letters
- Coordinate with borrowers, legal counsel, title companies, and internal teams
- Drive process improvement and contribute to servicing initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years in commercial real estate construction loan administration
- Background in finance or accounting
- Knowledge of regulatory and risk management practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively
