About the Role

  • We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic team member to manage incoming calls and electronic requests from patients, families, and external parties.
  • This role involves patient registration, appointment scheduling, and providing accurate information while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare or call center environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately register new patients and verify insurance or self-pay status

  • Schedule patient appointments and interpret physician orders for tests

  • Communicate appointment details, including preparation and payment instructions

  • Write and route clerical and clinical messages to appropriate staff

  • Identify and escalate emergent situations or upset callers when needed

  • Maintain professionalism while resolving inquiries, complaints, and issues

 Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
