PAY RANGE: $28-$29/hr
- Support community members—especially Navajo/Diné speakers.
- Helping with Medicaid applications, health risk assessments, care transitions, ID cards, and attending outreach events.
- You’ll also collaborate with broker agents in McKinley County.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Medicaid, healthcare, or community outreach OR lived experience as a Medicaid recipient or caregiver/family member of one.
- Background in social work, community health, or public health is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Navajo/Diné strongly preferred
