Job Summary:
•Seeking a skilled customer service professional to handle high-volume inbound calls in a healthcare call center environment.
•Responsibilities include patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, message documentation, and resolving caller concerns.
•Strong computer, typing, and communication skills required.
•Experience in a call center is preferred; knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
