- Review long, detailed documents (sometimes 200+ pages).
- Analyze contract terms and how they fit together.
- Use legal or contract knowledge to spot key details.
- Work with commercial banking agreements.
Qualifications:
- Contract and document review experience.
- Experience working on B2B OR Commercial Banking Agreements roles experience preffered.
Not seeking paralegals necessarily, but people who are used to contracts and document review.
