About the Role:
- We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Representative II to join our team. In this role, you will handle both internal and public customer inquiries, dispatch work requests, and provide support on special departmental projects.
- You will also monitor environmental alarms and contribute to the coordination of patient transport workflows.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Pay Range: $15 - $18 an hr.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Manage phone communications and dispatch work requests using designated systems.

Monitor and respond to environmental alarms (doors, gates, intercoms, CCTV).

Assist in organizing and assigning workflows for patient transporters.

Lead or support departmental projects as assigned.

Provide suggestions and feedback to leadership on process improvements and workflow efficiencies.

Perform all duties in a professional, competent, and courteous manner.
Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support and/or customer service

Experience in healthcare, call center, or dispatch service (preferred)

Ability to manage difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively

Strong customer service and communication skills

Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and respond professionally in fast-paced environments
