The Banking Onboarding & Maintenance team functions as a virtual financial center, providing exceptional client service for clients with bank accounts.

Candidates are expected to demonstrate independence of thought, strong research abilities, and a focus on client service. Experience of one year or more is preferred.

Process and research new bank account applications and account maintenance requests.

Manage outbound calls to internal and external clients for problem resolution and new account processes.

Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to provide efficient service.

Prioritize and handle multiple client requests with sound judgment.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in finance or related fields is preferred.

Proficient in PC skills, including Office applications; proficient typing skills are essential.

Effective communication skills, including excellent listening abilities and professional phone/email etiquette.
