We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Venafi to support cloud-based certificate lifecycle management initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in digital certificate management, automation, and infrastructure security within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support enterprise PKI and certificate lifecycle processes in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Administer and support Venafi Trust Protection Platform for certificate provisioning and automation.
- Design and develop automation scripts/tools to streamline infrastructure and security operations (PowerShell preferred).
- Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to enhance certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation workflows.
- Provide support for digital certificate needs across infrastructure, applications, and middleware platforms.
- Participate in the planning and integration of future technologies including HashiCorp Vault, container platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Improve process efficiencies and mitigate risk through automation and secure certificate handling.
Required Skills & Experience: - 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or information security roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Venafi and PKI in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Experience with Windows Server, IIS, and middleware platforms
- Hands-on experience in certificate management, including provisioning, renewal, and revocation processes.
- Familiarity with cloud security practices and enterprise security protocols.
