They are hiring to support the increased volume of loan applications during their busy summer season to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Job Description:

The Loan Document Review Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accuracy and compliance in loan documentation, ensuring efficient processing.

Cross-check borrower information, loan terms, and supporting documents for discrepancies.

Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and internal teams to resolve documentation issues.

Review and validate loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

At least 1-2 years of experience in financial services, insurance, or banking or fresh collage graduates with strong extracurricular or internship experience.

Familiarity with loan processing systems, document management platforms, and Office.

Previous experience in mortgage.
