Day To Day Responsbilities:

Perform daily account reconciliations and document exceptions
-
Analyze and report on short-term cash flow forecasts (not heavy accounting, more finance ops focus)
-
Handle wire/account transfers based on daily projections
-
Prepare reports for management, treasury, and corporate teams
-
Work heavily in Excel and Oracle Financials (though most work will be in custom system)

Liaise with Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Canada, US, and UK
-
Support testing, documentation, and special projects
Must Have:
-
Post-secondary education in Finance/Accounting
-
1+ years of accounting/reconciliation/internal control experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, lookups, formatting)

Detail-oriented, curious, organized, and can meet tight deadlines
-
Able to work independently and take initiative
Pay rate: $28-$30/hr without benefits
