• We are looking for a Manufacturing IT Support Specialist with experience in Rockwell PharmaSuite authoring, IT troubleshooting, ServiceNow management, and awareness of Manufacturing IT applications. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for triaging, investigating, resolving, and managing all Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) ServiceNow tickets, as well as assisting shop floor operators when escalated from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support.

• Maintain and develop MES Knowledge Base
• Gather user requirements for controlling and recording manufacturing activities
• Perform data analysis of support tickets
• Author updates and changes to Electronic Batch Records (EBR) in collaboration with Site Tier 2 Support team
• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert in Life Sciences
• Nights and weekends may be required

• Rockwell PharmaSuite authoring experience
• IT troubleshooting experience
• ServiceNow management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Rockwell Manufacturing Execution System PharmaSuite.
• Life Science SME
• GxP, CSV and SDLC knowledge
• Strong understanding of GxP and SDLC protocols
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
