Must Haves:

10+ years in a DevOps role with strong Azure DevOps expertise.

Hands-on CI/CD pipeline development and automation.

Experience with .NET development (C#, ASP.NET).

Proficient scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Terraform, or similar).

Strong communicator and team collaborator.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Plusses:
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator).
- Docker / Kubernetes exposure.
