About the Role

• We are seeking a skilled ECM System Developer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Nautilus ECM system, ensuring its seamless integration with existing financial systems and workflows.
• This role requires a strong understanding of scripting, programming, and system administration to enhance and support our document management solutions.

Pay Range: $65- $68

Responsibilities-

• Develop and automate system processes using scripting and programming languages such as SQL and PowerShell.
• Manage and maintain the ECM infrastructure with a focus on Windows Server Administration.
• Design and develop solutions within the Nautilus ECM system for seamless integration with financial systems.
• Customize Nautilus modules to meet specific business requirements, enhancing functionalities like document capture, storage, retrieval, and workflow automation.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates or patches to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to gather requirements and align the ECM system with organizational objectives.
• Provide training sessions for end-users and offer ongoing technical support.
• Analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient document management solutions.

Education Qualification -

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills -

• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages, including SQL and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
• Experience with ECM technologies, particularly Nautilus, and familiarity with Hyland OnBase is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and improve business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction and documentation.
