Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 - Onsite Role
Shift: Mon-Fri (09:00 AM EST to 06:00 PM EST) OR (11 AM EST to 8 PM EST)
Pay rate: ($27-$28) hourly
Job Responsibilities:

Provide Level I/II technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems

Respond to and resolve support inquiries related to common PC, software, and basic network issues

Utilize MS Office and internal systems to track, manage, and document support cases

Deliver clear and professional communication, ensuring users understand the issue resolution steps

Adapt to changing support priorities, workloads, and schedules in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate with other teams as needed to escalate and resolve complex issues

Maintain user satisfaction by focusing on quality resolution over call volume metrics

1–3 years of experience in a technical support or call center environment

Proficiency in MS Office and solid PC troubleshooting skills

Broad exposure to technology platforms (Windows, mobile devices, basic networking)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset

Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic support environment
