Title: Inventory Planner

Duration: 10 months (Possible extension or Conversion) 

Shift Timing: (Onsite)

• Sun to Wed: 7 A.M - 5:30 PM
• Wed to Sat: 7 A.M - 5:30 PM
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7 A.M - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently handle material for both production and development efforts.
• Use proprietary software and SAP ERP systems to virtually transact material.
• Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies, and communicate with quality control, purchasing, and other related departments to resolve problems.
• Efficiently move material between sites, both physically and virtually.
• Identify training needs for the team and assist in the training of new hires and junior peers.
• Meet safety, productivity, and quality standards by following best practices.
• Resolve individual work blockers and escalate when necessary.
• Learn new processes and contribute to the improvement of SOPs, including safety procedures.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts. Qualification
• 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer is preferred.

Required Skills

• Highly organized and self-starting.
• Comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
• Flexible and possess good written and oral communication skills.
• Team-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
