Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join a growing Mergers & Acquisitions team. This role is essential to supporting the integration of newly acquired locations into the company’s technical environment. The position is remote but requires frequent travel to client sites across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various clinic sites across the country to provide Tier 1 desktop support

  • Assist front and back-office staff with device setup and network access

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employees joining the company’s network

  • Provide basic technical support and ensure smooth IT transitions during acquisitions

  • Perform remote support and service tasks when not traveling

  • Complete a 2-week training program in Austin, TX prior to field assignments

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in a desktop or technical support role

  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and backend scripting is a plus

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills – essential for success in this role

  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently (60–80%)

  • Adaptable, proactive, and dependable with a customer-first attitude
