- The Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for managing accounts receivable and supporting core accounting functions.
- Key duties include posting journal entries, performing reconciliations, issuing and processing invoices (including through portals like Ariba), and handling payment applications.
- Throughout the month, the role involves working in Excel to analyze and manipulate large datasets, managing billing system updates, and resolving issues through a ticket queue.
- The specialist will also collaborate with customer support to address account-related inquiries, pricing updates, and billing discrepancies, requiring a mix of data entry, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
