Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time monitoring and issue resolution for ATMs globally using internal tools and systems.
  • Deliver end-to-end ticket oversight, ensuring timely acknowledgement (within SLA – 30 minutes), status updates, and issue resolution.
  • Act as an escalation point for ATM-related issues, interfacing with global operations and support teams.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing, team collaboration, and continuous improvement of workflow processes.
  • Support training efforts and serve as a SME to guide new or existing team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to internal teams and external partners.
  • Contribute to a 24x7 operation, but work specifically Sundays and Mondays, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (20 hours/week).
