Job Title: Student Services Officer
Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304 - Onsite Role
Duration: 03 Months - (High potential of Extension/Conversion based on performance)
Pay Rate: ($37-$38) hourly
Duties Include:
- Oversee, review, and administer student records by analyzing data, counseling students, and providing recommendations that require interpretation and influence decisions.
- Make exceptions on issues of eligibility, course enrollment, and program requirements.
- Develop recommendations and collaborate with staff, faculty, and other offices to resolve programmatic issues within the school and across functional units (such as strategizing to ensure optimal enrollment)..
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and one year of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Extensive experience with event planning.
- Prior experience with financial systems.
- Ability to complete tasks and projects with minimal direction.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities (required):
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with the MS Office Suite.
