Job Title: Central Revenue Manager

Location: Remote Role

Duration: 03 Months - (High potential of Extension/Conversion based on performance)

Pay Rate: ($38-$42) hourly

Position Responsibilities:

  • The Central Revenue Manager will identify and maximize potential revenue opportunities for a portfolio of hotels.
  • The role focuses on gathering data and conducting analysis of revenue potential generated by both transient and group travel.
  • Making strategic decisions, communicating effectively with the on-property hotel team, and implementing the revenue strategy are the main goals of the role.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Revenue Management role
  • Deep knowledge and experience with internal systems: PrO, Reserve, RMT, Lighthouse
  • Deep knowledge and experience with external systems: TravelClick Demand & Agency 360, Smith Travel, Fornova/Lighthouse, and OTA extranet functions
  • Proven track record for delivering market share results and leading property Strategy Teams
  • Strong analytical capabilities to discern areas of opportunity and solution tactics & strategies
  • Strong communication skills to provide directional leadership for Strategy implementation in weekly Strategy meetings
  • Demonstrates a commitment to core values
Specific Job Duties:
  • PRO: Daily management
  • Analyze weekly and monthly STR
  • Strategy Meeting (120 Day, STR, Demand 360 & Action items)
  • Analyze Agency 360 and support DOS/BTS with strategies against it
  • Analyze Demand 360 and develop segmentation and channel strategies against it
  • Maintain hotel rate parity score across all channels (using Lighthouse and actioning against it)
  • Maintain the RMT- this includes rate plan pricing, updating room type modifiers, etc.
  • Work with DOS to develop pricing strategies for new and existing volume accounts
  • Implement strategies on 3rd party internet channels, ensuring parity in all distribution channels
  • Conduct group evaluation/displacement analysis as needed by hotel sales to determine the impact on hotel RevPAR and overall spend in the hotel
  • Prepare a monthly sales strategy for a 12-month booking window. Ensure group strategies are in place with the hotel strategy team for the entire booking cycle
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related studies.
