Summary:
- Job Title: Strategic Program Manager - Supplier Sourcing Transformation
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with Procurement to design risk-mitigated sourcing strategies with clear objectives and outcomes.
- Supply Base Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify high-risk suppliers and potential relocation risks.
- Opportunity Validation: Assess alternative sourcing options considering cost, quality, and geopolitical factors.
- Revenue Impact Prioritization: Create a framework to link sourcing actions to revenue outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with various teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including executive updates.
- Budget Management: Oversee program budgets with a focus on financial ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years in program management, supply chain, or strategic sourcing.
- Proven experience in complex supply chain strategies and risk mitigation.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Outstanding project management and communication abilities.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English is a must.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with geopolitical supply chain shifts.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially in Electronics and Semiconductors.
- Track record of achieving cost savings or revenue protection through strategic sourcing.
Software Proficiency:
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel, Agile, and Gmail.
Pay Range:
- $60-65/Hr
