About the Role

• We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our  Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the scoping of  globally, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• This position requires coordination with a diverse group of people and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• The ideal candidate will have experience with client and a strong understanding of quality regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and consultation to cross-functional partners for decisions and strategy. 
• Initiate, revise, execute, and close in a timely manner.
• Prioritize patient safety and regulatory compliance by collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor status and deadlines, ensuring timely processing.
• Gather and document evidence of activities and disposition completion.
• Maintain  documents and records with accuracy and compliance wit good documentation practices.
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance.
• Ensure alignment with legal and ethical standards, enforcing antibribery and anticompetition laws.
• Communicate with internal contacts to share information, gain input, and support decision-making.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in medical/biological science, engineering, or a related discipline.

Required Skills

• Experience with quality management systems in the medical device industry or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of good documentation practices.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision on moderately complex activities. 
• Sound judgment and ability to work through ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal contacts.
