About the Role
- We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the scoping of globally, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- This position requires coordination with a diverse group of people and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with client and a strong understanding of quality regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and consultation to cross-functional partners for decisions and strategy.
- Initiate, revise, execute, and close in a timely manner.
- Prioritize patient safety and regulatory compliance by collaborating with cross-functional partners.
- Monitor status and deadlines, ensuring timely processing.
- Gather and document evidence of activities and disposition completion.
- Maintain documents and records with accuracy and compliance wit good documentation practices.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance.
- Ensure alignment with legal and ethical standards, enforcing antibribery and anticompetition laws.
- Communicate with internal contacts to share information, gain input, and support decision-making.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in medical/biological science, engineering, or a related discipline.
Required Skills
- Experience with quality management systems in the medical device industry or a similar environment.
- Strong understanding of good documentation practices.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision on moderately complex activities.
- Sound judgment and ability to work through ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal contacts.
