  • About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a contact center environment, providing support to Medicaid providers and clients. This role requires in office presence and is open to local candidates only.
  • The position involves handling inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims status, and other program questions. 
  • Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients.
  • Address inquiries regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related questions.
  • Assist with problem resolution as needed.
  • Respond to phone inquiries promptly, courteously, and concisely.
  • Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs.
  • Transfer callers to other call center units as needed.
  • Meet individual performance standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain strict attendance and performance metrics.
    Education Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
