Duties:
- This role will be responsible for our quarterly filings on Form 10-Q/10-K with the SEC, including preparing of financial statements, Notes, MD&A.
- It also includes overseeing our accounting for the company's capital structure (debt and equity).
- It will also prepare the statement of cash flows.
- It will also prepare the Form 8-K for the quarterly earnings release and related investor presentation materials.
Skills:
- Experience preparing and filing Forms 10-Q/10-K with the SEC through EDGAR.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Strong experience using Workiva.
- Strong knowledge of accounting for stock-based compensation.
- Ability to prepare a statement of cash flows.
- Ability to coordinate deliverables across multiple functions outside finance.
Years of Experience: 7–10 years
Education: B.S. with concentration in accounting
Certifications & Licenses: CPA
