Pay range : $ 60 - $65

Job Description: 

• Serve as the first point of contact for end users in risk and operations, providing timely and effective support.

• Own and manage the onboarding of business processes into the support organization, ensuring smooth transitions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across development, infrastructure, and business units to resolve system issues and enhance performance.

• Troubleshoot complex issues in production environments, proactively identifying and addressing problem areas to maintain stability.

• Develop internal tools and scripts to drive operational efficiency and improve support workflows.

• Track support efforts accurately for reporting and participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in a Production Support or Application Support role

• Proficient in SQL – ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot queries

• Basic knowledge of Python scripting

• Familiarity with basic Unix/Linux commands

• Proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with monitoring tools or automation frameworks

• Prior exposure to risk or financial systems

• Knowledge of ITIL or formal change/release management processes
