Job Description:
Prepare Physical ATM hardware for test:
- Ensure all devices operative and in good working condition prior to test
- Configure physical devices to support different test scenarios
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues (faults/jams)
- Diagnose networking / connectivity issues
- Coordinate complicated repairs with on-site technicians
Install and Configure Software:
- Install software to Physical ATMS using USB sticks and remote distribution tools (SCCM)
- Install software to Virtual Machines
- Initiate scripted software installs to virtual machines
- Review software installations for success/failure and remediate failures
- Install software to Physical ATMS using remote distribution tools (SCCM)
Skills:
ATM hardware technician experience
Software distribution (SCCM)
Networking Skills
Experience interacting with large numbers of virtual machines (VCenter/VSphere/ESX)
