Must haves :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cassandra in a DBA and/or Architect role.
- Solid understanding of Cassandra architecture, including data replication, compaction strategies, and consistency levels.
- Strong Unix/Linux systems administration background.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Perl) for automation and monitoring tasks.
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting distributed database environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
