Technical Business Analyst- Chicago, IL (Open for remote)
Pay range- $30-35/hr
PURPOSE:
- Temporary Business Analyst responsible for supporting Data Center Operations Projects.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Business Analyst will have the primary responsibility of supporting the organizations shift from VMWare Hypervisor
- This would include writing documentation, communications, and coordination with stakeholders
- Document processes and work with Global Technology Support Teams to publish documentation in client's Documentation repositories
- Support Coordination with Governance Team, Support Teams, and IT Field Services, and other stakeholders
- Draft and coordinate sending of Communications associated with Data Center Operations Projects
- Collect and report on feedback associated with Data Center Projects
- Document Business Requirements based on feedback collected
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ Years in a similar Analyst or Support Role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience Writing Technical Documentation and proficient using O365 tools
- Foundational knowledge of Servers, Operating Systems, and Hypervisors
- Experience with meeting coordination, organizing notes, and keen attention to details
- Experience with collecting feedback, documenting business requirements, and influence data-driven solution building
- Familiarity with Agile methodology in DataCenter Operation setting.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred
