Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Consultant

About the Role:
We’re hiring a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a fast-growing program supporting multiple long-term ServiceNow implementations. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic client engagement, offering the opportunity to work on complex solutions across a multi-customer environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for 3–4 active client engagements

• Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations and integrations

• Collaborate with architects and offshore developers to design and deliver robust solutions

• Translate client business needs into ServiceNow capabilities and configurations

• Provide ongoing consulting throughout multi-year customer engagements

• Maintain strong customer relationships and manage expectations effectively.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with a progression from Developer to Consultant

• Proven hands-on experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification

• Experience working in client-facing roles with excellent communication and consultative skills

• Domain Separation experience (MSP-style multi-tenancy within ServiceNow)

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex ServiceNow integrations and custom solutions
