Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

Process and support the release of equipment titles to customers upon loan closure.
Review and verify the accuracy of incoming titles from various sources.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all information is complete and correct before title release.
Communicate with customers as needed to remediate title discrepancies or gather missing data.
Manage a title processing pipeline, handling up to 20 requests simultaneously and meeting SLA timelines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of title transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and standardized processes.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of commercial loan processing experience.
Proven experience working with vehicle or equipment titles (banking, dealership, or DMV background preferred).
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP functions.
Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume workflow efficiently.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Experience with workflow or case management tools is a plus.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
