Position Details:

Join our 24/7 Global Service Desk team, providing first-line support to internal employees via voice and chat. This onsite role (4 days/week) includes the option for 1 day of remote work based on performance post-training.
- Troubleshoot MS and proprietary systems via phone and chat.
- Handle multiple live chats while meeting quality and performance metrics.
- Escalate unresolved issues with clear documentation.
- Communicate effectively to ensure high-quality client support.
- Participate in technical training and use real-time peer support.
Qualifications
- No formal education required; relevant experience essential.
- 1–3 years in a similar support role.
- Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficient in Agent Chat, Windows 10, and fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills
- Call center or tech support experience.
- Basic hardware troubleshooting (Windows 10/11).
- Familiarity with MS Office, Office 365, SharePoint, Skype.
- Exposure to Citrix, VPN, Cisco AnyConnect.
- Knowledge of ITSM Remedy (a plus, not required).
