Role Overview
Join our 24/7 Global Service Desk team, providing first-line support to internal employees via voice and chat. This onsite role (4 days/week) includes the option for 1 day of remote work based on performance post-training.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot MS and proprietary systems via phone and chat.
  • Handle multiple live chats while meeting quality and performance metrics.
  • Escalate unresolved issues with clear documentation.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure high-quality client support.
  • Participate in technical training and use real-time peer support.

Qualifications

  • No formal education required; relevant experience essential.
  • 1–3 years in a similar support role.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficient in Agent Chat, Windows 10, and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Call center or tech support experience.
  • Basic hardware troubleshooting (Windows 10/11).
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Office 365, SharePoint, Skype.
  • Exposure to Citrix, VPN, Cisco AnyConnect.
  • Knowledge of ITSM Remedy (a plus, not required).
