Description:
  • Need a SME for complaints management, not looking for manufacturing QA
  • This team will not be doing the complaints data entry, they will be involved in complaints processing, evaluation and reporting.
  • Creating and updating procedures withing complaint handling system.
  • Will perform CAPA, deviations, working within red lining procedures (evaluation and closure of complaints in line with the regulatory guidelines) for product complaints.
  • Documentation and record keeping for product complaints.
 
Education:
  • Bachelors/Masters degree with 3-7 years of relevant experience. 
 
Must Haves/Top Skillsets:
  • Complaints handling experience for any products in regulated industry, not necessarily medical devices.
  • Good Documentation Practices.
  • Working independently.
 
Preferred:
  • Medical Device complaint handling experience.
  • Familiarity with medical devices regulations.
  • Post Market Surveillance Experience.
