Need a SME for complaints management, not looking for manufacturing QA

This team will not be doing the complaints data entry, they will be involved in complaints processing, evaluation and reporting.

Creating and updating procedures withing complaint handling system.

Will perform CAPA, deviations, working within red lining procedures (evaluation and closure of complaints in line with the regulatory guidelines) for product complaints.

Documentation and record keeping for product complaints.

Bachelors/Masters degree with 3-7 years of relevant experience.

Complaints handling experience for any products in regulated industry, not necessarily medical devices.

Good Documentation Practices.

Working independently.
-
Medical Device complaint handling experience.

Familiarity with medical devices regulations.
-
Post Market Surveillance Experience.
