Position: New Business Case Manager

Location: 1900 South Blvd #300, Charlotte, NC 28203 - fully in office

 

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional individual to join our team as a New Business Case Manager. This is a unique opportunity to build and grow your career while building a leading financial service firm. As the primary point of contact for our client’s Financial Professionals, you will play a crucial role in reviewing new business applications, responding to inquiries, and enhancing processes and procedures. You will interact regularly with various departments, including legal, finance, sales, and marketing, providing daily exposure to senior management and a unique perspective on the annuity business. If you have a passion for insurance and a basic understanding of annuity products, this role is perfect for you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely issue of contracts adhering to regulatory compliance and service standards
  • Track all pending cases and communicate with advisors to confirm requirements.
  • Track all pending requirements to ensure timely fulfillment of the requirement.
  • Ensure accurate processing of account funding.
  • Proactively provide updates to advisors regarding the status of cases, outstanding requirements, etc.
  • Work directly with client’s leadership team to identify areas of opportunity to improve services and recommend best practices.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of client products and systems, industry regulations, and department standards and goals.

Requirements:

  • Someone that has insurance industry experience (annuities specifically)
  • Knowledge or experience with financial services account opening processes
  • A strong desire to learn and grow your career
  • Strong verbal and written communication exp.
