Position: Construction Project Manager (rebar specialization)

Type: Full-Time

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) but eventually will become hybrid

Day to day:

• Review contract documents to ensure safe, efficient product delivery.
• Manage project contracts, including scheduling, detailing, and costs.
• Ensure rebar fabrication meets contract obligations.
• Coordinate project needs with contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Schedule detailing and delivery with contractors and teams.
• Process project changes and support the change order process.
• Communicate project plans and contract terms to teams and clients.
• Represent project meetings as needed.
• Collaborate on contract finances and maintain customer relations.
• Report on project progress, costs, and schedules.
• Conduct site visits in North TX and OK (safety gear required).

Must haves:

• Degree in a technical or business field
• 5+ years of experience as a rebar detailer or demonstrated construction project management experience.
• Applying ACI codes and CRSI standards.
• Knowledge of contract law, standard business practices, and human relations.
