Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients.

Address inquiries regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related questions.

Assist with problem resolution as needed.

Respond to phone inquiries promptly, courteously, and concisely.

Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs.

Transfer callers to other call center units as needed.

Meet individual performance standards.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Maintain strict attendance and performance metrics.

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Minimum of six months of verifiable high-volume contact center/call center experience.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Effective multi-tasking abilities.
-
Availability for any 8-hour shift between 7 am to 7 pm, with no schedule changes during the first 90 days.
