About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a contact center environment, providing support to Medicaid providers and clients. This role requires in-office presence and is open to local candidates only. The position involves handling inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims status, and other program questions.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients.
  • Address inquiries regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related questions.
  • Assist with problem resolution as needed.
  • Respond to phone inquiries promptly, courteously, and concisely.
  • Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs.
  • Transfer callers to other call center units as needed.
  • Meet individual performance standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain strict attendance and performance metrics.
 
Education Qualification:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
 
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of six months of verifiable high-volume contact center/call center experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Effective multi-tasking abilities.
  • Availability for any 8-hour shift between 7 am to 7 pm, with no schedule changes during the first 90 days.
