Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to support Payroll, Finance, and Benefits processes across LATAM and Canada HR Service Centers. Responsible for creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly documentation including procedures, manuals, and process flows. The role demands strong writing skills, bilingual fluency (English/Spanish), and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and update step-by-step documentation for payroll (e.g., new hires, terminations, taxes), finance (e.g., AP/AR, GL entries, month-end close), and benefits (e.g., enrollment, compliance, vendor coordination).

Create user guides, flowcharts, and training materials in compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Maintain and organize content within the knowledge management system with version control.

Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and regularly reviewed.
Required Skills

Fluent in English and Spanish; excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).

Highly organized, detail-focused, and adept at managing multiple priorities.

Strong interpersonal skills and cultural adaptability.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Payroll, Accounting, or Benefits.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
