Responsibilities:
- Support clients facing potential fraud or unauthorized financial transactions.
- Support clients with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) offered through employer-sponsored benefit plans. Assist customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in customer service experience
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
