We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our SuccessFactors Employee Central system to ensure it meets the needs of our organization. You will work closely with various departments to implement best practices and provide support for system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the SuccessFactors Employee Central system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users.
• Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors Employee Central features and updates.
