Pay Range: $ 60 - $65
Job Description:

• Act as the first point of contact for end users in the Rates trading environment, providing timely and effective support.

• Own and manage the onboarding of new processes into the support function.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure system stability and performance.

• Monitor and respond to alerts from critical trading systems, proactively identifying and resolving system issues.

• Drive operational efficiency through tool development and contribute to process and stability improvements.

• Handle release implementations, enforce change management policies, and manage major incidents and problem resolution.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient in Unix Shell scripting and Python

• Intermediate-level SQL knowledge

• Solid understanding of infrastructure components such as networking, servers, storage, and messaging

• Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure trading environments

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with ITRS Geneos monitoring platform
