Role Overview:

Join the Strategy & Transformation team within Wealth Management Operations (WMO). As a Process Design Consultant, you'll drive operational excellence by partnering with leaders to enhance processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Process Owners in creating and maintaining documentation to enable decision-making and compliance.

• Apply process management tools to assess current workflows, identify gaps, and recommend target-state improvements.

• Manage a pipeline of improvement opportunities and build data-driven business cases to support strategic decisions.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in process design across people, process, and technology

• Advanced process mapping (Visio or ARIS); knowledge of Enterprise Process Management standards

• Skilled in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and driving outcomes

• Strong analytical skills in Excel; advanced PowerPoint presentation capabilities

• 3+ years in strategic planning and business case development

• Comfortable with complexity and continuous learning

• Basic understanding of technology capabilities

Preferred:

• Six Sigma Black/Green Belt or Process Owner Certification

• Experience in Wealth Management Operations or Financial Services
